Emma and I spent one night in Bath, England. The train ride from London was quick and enjoyable, with pretty countryside views. We found a lovely park by the Bath Abbey to explore and eat lunch at after we arrived. Then, we walked around town and went inside the Abbey. We ended up at Pig and Fiddle for dinner. The atmosphere of the pub was a great experience and I had the best mac and cheese of my life - truffle mac with mushrooms!
We stayed the night at a backpackers hostel. This was my first ever hostel experience! It was okay, pretty much how I expected it to be for the amount we paid. The beds were very close together and the bathroom was TINY, but it was great for one night on a budget! We met some people at the hostel and went out to a bar that evening.
The next morning we ate at Sally Lunn's. The bun with lemon curd was incredibly amazing, 10/10 would recommend! We spent the next day walking more and enjoying the weather before heading back home.
